天父爸爸永遠都是最好！

Nothing better than sharing hearts with people who are genuine. God continuously bless me with really amazing people in my life. Their lives, their stories, their hearts, their tears ... are just so unique and amazing that keeps on reminding me the path is never lonely. Friendships are nurtured when we are able to connect through the bright sides, as well as the dark sides of lives ... the sides which we shield from everyone ...

It was because of God's love and healing that brought hearts together. 

Thank you for shedding tears together ...

Snowing March in Van

As I was driving out from the driveway this morning, I saw a piece of white flake falling from the sky. I guess my mind was somewhat in sleeping mode and I thought "ha? Who is throwing garbage at my car?" ... then I realized that it was actually SNOWING!

This is not such a big surprise after living in Calgary (the Winter wonderland) for a couple of years ... but it's kinda weird happening to Vancouver. 

Anyhow ... Drive safe everyone!!!

Amazing Grace (my chains are gone)

God is forever faithful. His enduring love and grace is the only pillar that I can lean on at all times. His love is shown through the clouds of witnesses in my life. It was because of His extraordinary grace that I am saved and free from the bondage of sins and guilt. Nothing can compare to the love that He displayed on The Cross in Calvary. It is because of His Words that my heart is secure. It is because of His presence that the peace dwells in my heart. It is because of His spirit that I have wisdom in every step of the way. It is because of His patience that I have room to grow and reflect.

Our Lord is just an amazing God who reaches out to those who are wounded and of His beautiful Creation.

IMAX海鮮

受難節崇拜後，Ken竟然真的記得我說過想看IMAX的Deep Sea (他的記性真係要給他十個0力) ...

明明已跟團契吃完個飽飽午餐，但一邊看，一邊唔知點解個肚gulu gulu想吃的樣子 ...

再想想，在IMAX中見到好多深水動物 ...

令我想起很多食物唷！哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 ... 只不過我慣了看牠們個「死樣」

海鮮演員包括：

會夾夾夾gua gua聲逃出八抓魚的capture的帶子 ... 令我想起 ... Chopped Scallop Hand Cones!

在珊瑚礁上扮死的八抓魚 ... 令我想起 ... 飲茶時吃的炸「遊」魚! In fact, 明天就去飲茶!

給條好怪怪樣白色大魚吃了的蟹（吃完了還吐骨） ... 令我想起 ...在一朗亭的soft shell crabs!

Casting真的好有"taste"! yumm ...

看完了好想有點guilty feeling因為人真是broke了很多天然food chains. 心想以後不吃牠們了！

結果，晚飯時我們一家吃了十多磅Alaska蟹（四食添）！OOPS ...

2:3		那 時 以 色 列 歸 耶 和 華 為 聖 、 作 為 土 產 初 熟 的 果 子 ． 凡 吞 喫 他 的 、 必 算 為 有 罪 ． 災 禍 必 臨 到 他 們 ． 這 是 耶 和 華 說 的 。
2:4		雅 各 家 、 以 色 列 家 的 各 族 阿 、 你 們 當 聽 耶 和 華 的 話 。
2:5		耶 和 華 如 此 說 、 你 們 的 列 祖 見 我 有 甚 麼 不 義 、 竟 遠 離 我 、 隨 從 虛 無 的 神 、 自 己 成 為 虛 妄 的 呢 ．
2:6		他 們 也 不 說 、 那 領 我 們 從 埃 及 地 上 來 、 引 導 我 們 經 過 曠 野 、 沙 漠 有 深 坑 之 地 、 和 乾 旱 死 蔭 、 無 人 經 過 、 無 人 居 住 之 地 的 耶 和 華 在 哪 裡 呢 。
2:7		我 領 你 們 進 入 肥 美 之 地 、 使 你 們 得 喫 其 中 的 果 子 和 美 物 ． 但 你 們 進 入 的 時 候 、 就 玷 污 我 的 地 、 使 我 的 產 業 成 為 可 憎 的 。
2:8		祭 司 都 不 說 、 耶 和 華 在 哪 裡 呢 ． 傳 講 律 法 的 、 都 不 認 識 我 、 官 長 違 背 我 、 先 知 藉 巴 力 說 預 言 、 隨 從 無 益 的 神 。

朋友，保重！

神 所 要 的 祭 、 就 是 憂 傷 的 靈 ． 　 神 阿 、 憂 傷 痛 悔 的 心 ,  你 必 不 輕 看 。 May God work through the grief with you through your tears ...
